Reviews
"Joey is an amazing woman. She's not the first nor only acupuncturist/herbalist I've gone to, but she is without question the best. Yes, her bedside manner is amazing - and her skill with needles is tremendous. If you have a phobia she can still take care of you, she's so smooth and gentle you'll hardly know there are needles in the room, much less in you."
"Joey is truly a gifted healer. She is extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, and very down to earth. She has the easy, calming presence you want in an acupuncturist. I have been seeing her for many years, through all kinds of health issues, back pain, and a pregnancy, which she helped me with tremendously."
"I was skeptical with my first exposure to "Eastern Medicine"---silly me. Joey is knowledgeable and kind. My western doctor would only tell me that all women experience peri-menopause differently. Joey took time to listen and address the pain and the stress, treating me with acupuncture, heat therapy and herbs. I feel like me again---healthy as that proverbial ox."
"I am a new mother to a one-month old baby girl and went to see Joey at 41 weeks to help get labor going. It worked! Not only was this my first exposure to acupuncture, I was also quite nervous about the prospect of having to be induced at the hospital; Joey's bed-side manner was the perfect mix of professionalism and empathy to reassure me and put me at ease. She was very clear about what she was doing and why, but also took time to get to know me beyond the reason I was there. I would recommend her to anyone"
